Kelly

Starting her career in a small boutique salon at the age of 15 Kelly knew that this was going to be her life’s work.

As creative director/owner of Kelly Elle Salon, Kelly has 25yrs experience in the hairdressing industry and loves to share her passion with her salon guests and staff.

Kelly has owned this beautiful boutique salon for 10 years now and says that “It’s a dream come true. My goal was to have my salon by the age of 30 and I’m so grateful and happy to have reached it!”

Her knowledge and experience as a colour technician will assure you with only the highest level of expertise. Giving you not only the results you desire but, leaving your hair in beautiful condition.

Here at Kelly, Elle Salon her goal is to educate clients on what is a realistic and achievable result that does not compromise your hair quality. She is constantly training on the latest colour trends and cutting techniques and has talent in recreating those ‘Pinterest’ hair photos clients want and love. In 2019 Kelly has also taken on the role as an educator for The Paul Mitchell Creative Team and is excited to increase her knowledge and pass it on to others.

Kelly is so passionate about her job and genuinely cares about her guests. She loves to have a good laugh and her calm personality keeps everyone happy and relaxed.

Owner & Creative Director

Natalie is our senior stylist and colourist. Natalie’s journey with the Kelly Elle Salon has been an amazing one at that. Starting from the age of 14 she has flourished into a talented and dedicated hairstylist. She enjoys all aspects of hairdressing but has a flair for creating natural soft looks for clients using micro foiling techniques and soft hand painting. If your after a natural “lived in” balayage or melt then Natalie is the colourist for you.

Natalie is also part of the Paul Mitchell Creative Team and loves keeping up with the latest colouring and cutting trends.

After a big week of work Nat loves to wind down with a glass of wine and a few episodes of the Kardashian’s. She loves to travel, and spend time at the beach with her partner and friends.

Natalie has been a part of the Kelly Elle Salon family for 9 years now…WOW ! (Basically part of the furniture)

Laila, a second-year apprentice at Kelly Elle Salon, is gaining hands-on experience in hair techniques, including cutting and colouring, under the guidance of experienced stylists.

She emphasizes client consultations and develops her approach to understanding client needs. Dedicated to mastering advanced techniques and staying updated on industry trends, Laila's passion for hairdressing and commitment to education set her up for a successful future. Collaborating with colleagues, she helps cultivate a vibrant, supportive salon atmosphere, laying the groundwork for her growth as a stylist.

Laila is creative and passionate about making people look and feel amazing.

She has a quiet confidence, is friendly and kind to others, and is super keen to learn more about the hairdressing world.

Outside of work, Laila loves to spend time with her family and friends, she loves playing netball and is also an animal lover with lots of cute pets at home.

As our salon assistant Laila is here to assist you with all the little things that make your experience here at Kelly Elle Salon all the more luxurious.
